Nokia / E65
Worst Possible Service

I Purchased an E65 model in september. Since then i am facing problem with the arrow keys and 7, 8, 9 digit buttons. They simply dont work. I have complianed the same 4 times before to the nokia care center and after i take it back from the servicing the work for a week and agian the same problem continues. I am really annoyed with your servicing and really pissed of after having paid INR 16000. Some body tell me what shoul i do.
