Cell dial button not working

My name is Varun Baheti from Kolkata, i have purchased new Nokia E66, from nokia pririoty. After using it 2months I faced problem, as cell dial button is not working properly. Ater giving the cell continueous third time in nokia pririoty, i did not get any better result, finally dealer has taken my cell to swap the cell from the Nokia company. My decision was worst to purchase nokia E66, please help me to get my money back from Nokia Company.
