Nokia E 71
Fault in Phone

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is regarding the phone which was given at Nokia Service centre NRI Communications, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 4th February and till date we have not received the phone back. I am personally going there everyday to check the status but every day they ask for another 2-3 days more. Its really becoming a mental torture for me and if nothing happens i will file a complaint in the consumer court and take Nokia to the court for the same.

Product was given to them on 4th February. and the job sheet no. is 111433527/090204/109

The Product name is Nokia E71 Mobile handset.

Please advise what should i do... and how and where can i file a legal complaint against this issue.
