Wanna replacement of my phone

To, Sir/Madam i m saquib from sasaram, bihar, india. On 23rd of may my brother had buy nokia e71-1 imei:351940037800648 for me rolla, sharjah, u.a.e. From 2nd day of using this mobile i got a problem that it doesnt go in menu menu. When i try to use 1touch key 1 symbol comes below battery indicator n it doesnt go in menu option untill i switch of the mobile.its working after putting on but it comes in same condition after sometime. Time is not fix in starting its occures in 24 hour but now may be in 2hr or 1hr and one more prblm is that one time i was playing game of my mobile not online then mobile was haned, when i remove baterry then again it starts to work same prlm occrd 1time during taking a photo.. N there is no solution in our nokia careSo i m really tense
