Nokia E71
Ringing and Alarm Volume very Faint

I have E71 model which was purchased in October. The volume of Phone, s ringing, Alarm and Music player has become very faint. I have twice given it to Nokia Customer Care Centre in Gurgaon, but no improvement in sound quality. Both times the mobile was kept for more than 15days. Both times I was told that it has been sent to the head office and the part has been replaced.

Since my set is still in Warrenty I would likethe set to be replaced, if repair cannot be done. During all my visits to the centre i found all the customers very dissatisfied with the work.
