Nokia E71
Menu function hangs

Menu function of the newly purchased E71 hangs after using the phone for some time. If the handset is reset it works works fine for some time and again the phone hangs. I have submitted the hanset around 7 times to nokia care. But they were not able to resolve the problem. Kindly suggest what has to be done.
