Headset is Horrible to Use

I have bought E-71 phone provided by Nokia. the headset given with such a costly phone is not at all usable. with in 15days all the component started coming out. when i went to service center they are replacing it but again going to give same headset which will be for next 15days.

what kind of quality they are maintaing for such a costly phone.
