Nokia E71
Sound quality is poor & cllor identity doesn't appear some times

I bought this hand set (E71) in last August'08. Since then i am having mainly 2 complaints

1. Sound quality is poor and insufficient volume.

2. Collor ID doesn't appear some times.

Couple of time i took the hand set to local "customer care" centre but not resolved.

Looking for favourable reply. Pl help me.
