Irresponsible behaviour of nokia service centre staff

The phone's display light was not working so i gave my phone for repair in the service centre in preet vihar..firstly the service entre did not tell me what the problem was neither was i given any estimate... i was promised a call from the executive about the details of repair... but after a few days when no call wass recieved i called the cantre to which i got a reply that the phone cannot be repaired and when i asked why was i not informed they had no appropriate answer to the question... so is there ne way to make the company realise that undue ..harrasment and mental tension i have gone through.
