Network problem

My postpaid mobile number is 919444905085. Frequently I have problems with network in sending messages. Messages not delivered or repeat messages sent. Also My call gets hanged while talking. Please attend to this repeat problems that makes me dissatisfied with the support. I am holding bsnl connection for last three years and do not have any other mobile connections. Kindly do the needful. Complain number: CH2511092619 dated 25.11.09.
