Nokia offered 3 months free map navigation

Hello Sir,

I purchased Nokia E71 from Reliance Store in Ambience Mall located in Gurgaon last month. Now when I register for Nokia Map navigation is ask me to pay 16.63 US dollar to activate it.

Please check if any can be done to get this license.
