Not satisfactory repairment

My name is Sanjeev Rohilla i work with Eicher-Volvo Commercial Vehicle Ltd. I bought E71 on 17.10.08 after two days mobile phone got hot itself in my pocket.on 21st of oct. i went nokia care centre in gurgaon opp. raj cinema. The staff of care centre was not so cooperative, nyways they askd me to live the cell for 15 days (which is very bad).after 10 day i got my cell back, the problem remains same.i hav spent bloody 20600 rupees. Ithink Nokia is leading company in INDIA.i want replacement of my mobile immediatey otherwise ill knock the consumer court. My mobile no 9873490420.contact asap.
