Nokia E 71 Mobile
Defect in the mobile

We have purchased a Nokia handset (model E71) grey steel 356059031611284 from Univer Cell, number P.KOR/2805 dated 22.08.2009. However we have observed that during some of the received calls, the system hangs and no key including the on - off switch functions. We have to again remove the battery and then the system functions.

On the advise of the dealer, we had taken the instrument to Nokia service centre and the software was reloaded. However the defect continued and again the software was reloaded for the second time and the memory card was formatted. However the problem is still existing.
