Dear Sirs,

I am Haresh Darji from Mumbai, on 24/04 I bought Nokia E75 model from Nokia's authorised sales shop "Foneman (a division of M/S.B.R. Peripherals)" in 17/18, Mangalkunj, Opp Indraprastha Shopping Centre, Borivali (W), Mumbai - 400092. With in a month outer frame of my mobile phone was broke due to poor quality of materials used. I went to above-mentioned Nokia's sales and services shop but treatment with me was very bad and they ask me to go to Nokia's services centre in Borivali, when I went there there was very much mis management of services personnel and customer were not handled properly, only 4 attendents were in shops for about 150 people arround for various complains. It tooks n hour to attend my complain about broken frame, and finally they said this services is not covered in warrenty and count my complain in physical damage and ask me to pay Rs 1, 125 to change new frame. I refused and walked out.

Nokia sales people do not infom about this when I bought phone, If any poor parts and material used in

Nokia phone and broke immediatley after buy one have to pay from the day one. This is ridiculous, I am not too happy about E75 after spent Rs 26, 500 and no warranty covered for out frame.
