Mic is not working/reciepant is not able to hea

My mobile is having mic problem & taken to nokia care center Jodhpur & they have informed mic is not vailable and will take 15 days to come. Like Nokia world wide known for its service & compell to all of us to purchase only nokia brand set. We in our family are having all nokia sets.

It is pathatic to hear from service center Jodhpur & person who was dealing seems to be does not have any interest in dealing with customer. before repairing the set he has told it will be done out of warranty.

I would like to request you kindly do check at your end the performence of our set (at 09828064396) & then take the decision accordingly and imagine how one pull on with short of voice.

If we purchase such proven & costly product then certainly we need prompt services in any corner of India.
