HANDSET NOT WORKING

The Hanset was purchased from your Nokia dealer on 12.01.2009 and the Handset was hanged always but now on Ist May the Handset was not working neither keypad nor the screen and the same was submitted to your Nokia Care Chetia Info vide Job Sheet No: 255343506/090504/34 on 4th May but till date the Handset is not received. I want the Handset to be replaced immediately failing I will take the matter to Consumer Court as there is no response from your service centre.
