Handset not being repaired 2 months

I have always been a buyer of NOKIA COMMUNICATOR handsets since its launch, Lately i have seen that the handset is giving problems in the software and also in the hardware. The latest E90 purchased by me has been with your service centre twice due to outgoing audio problem.once it was returned in the month of april due to non availability of parts and now it is lying in your service centre the last 3 days as they are not able to solve the issue.i am quite tired of this and request you to replace the handset with another one.details of the service centre are as follows: V.CARE 408, bharathiyar road, new siddhapudur, coimbatore tel no 9894249000 and job no 419465550/090615/28 .ASC 419_465550
