Nokia E90
Defective battery

Bought E90 recently but seems that the battery drains out faster then the prescribed specifications by Nokia. On requesting one of your customer care center for replacement they insisted on leaving the battery with them for them to replace it meaning that i dump the phone for the period i get a replacement.

This is highly unreasonable and unacceptable behaviour from the world leader in mobile phones market and may i request immediate replacement of the battery.
