Nokia service failure

Dear sir,

I own a nokia e90 communicator bearing IMEI Number: 353660010068231 which is right now not under warranty. I have been facing a problem with the vibrator so I have given it for servicing at silicon mobile service,

shop number 111, first floor, babukhan mall,

opp kalanikethan, somajiguda,

hyderabad,

which is an authorised nokia service center on 14/oct. My phone had absolutely no problems except for the vibratory issue. I contacted the service center on 15/oct when informed me that my phone was repaired. When I recieved my mobile i found out that the external screen, keypad and the speaker were not working.

Therefore, I request you to take necessary action and help me claim the loss of product.
