I have bought this mobile from METRO Cash and Carry on 30.4.2008. The set is good with sleek model and good for music lovers. I have been facing hanging problem while on conversation and recently the mobile started getting switched off and on often. I approached Nokia Care, BTM Layout branch. The technical person said he is unable to find out the problem and informed me that he will refer to his senior who was not available that time. After one hour I went back to the service centre. the same technical person said water might have entered the set and he will take the set for repair only on the condition that I have to pay for the service charges even though I told him that the set is in warranty period. Finaly I agreed to pay the service charges, since I wanted the set very badly. The technical person called me to inform that he has reloaded the software but the set is in same condition and he will send the set to their head office for repair. It's more than a week, I have not yet received the set. I request the concern executives to look into this matter. My mobile no.9972888228 (Bangalore) Regards V.V.Raju
