Nokia Express Music 5800
Phone not working properly

I had bought the said NOKIA 5800 on 30.04.2009 and it strated giving problems straight away. I complained to the dealer, Mobile Store, at C.P. but to no avail. I was promised that the phone has 8 GB memory and shall store a lot of data. but the phone is nothing what they show off. The phonme used to hang continuesly. Without opening any application it showed that i have to close some applications. I had no choice but to give it for repair at Nokia Care Centre at Lajpat Nagar. I was given a job sheet number 3782. The IMEI No. of the Phone is 354182028526562. I called upon the next day and i was told that the phone is fine now. But the same day it started giving the same problem. I took it back to the same Nokia Care Centre. They have now taken my phone with a promise that the phone have some manufacturing defect and the same shall be replaced. But till date there is no response. I hope this complain does something. I am a practising lawyer at the Supreme Court of India and without a phone it is very difficult for me to take care of my profession.
