I bought 6085 flip model Nokia mobile on 20th March in an authorized dealer HELLO WORLD in Chennai. One month later I faced little problems like continuous charging symbol comes even discard it from charging, which did not affect majorly. But 17th October camera display failed. I ask them for service from where I bought, but they refused and replied, we are sales only we never care about problems if any found in mobiles after sold.
I put it for service in one of your authorized service centre NOKIA CARE on 1st November. Their response was not good; it was delivered 13 days later. In between 5 times I was asked to come and collect my mobile. But every time I went there, I was asked to come after 2 days. After I shouted them only they mentioned the date at which deliver. Still they are issuing job sheet to customers without conforming the delivery date.
While I collect my mobile they told ‘display IC ‘was the problem, now changed. My mobile was working properly 3 hrs only after service, later it failed. Before I give it for service camera alone problem but after service the display completely failed i.e. nothing is displayed on screen.
I totally disappointed with this problem and the worthless service provided by you under warranty period.
I want to ask you few questions and expecting your response,
1. How it is possible the seller does not care about the problems found after sold it?
2. How can it is possible issuing job sheet without mentioning the delivery date?
3. How I will react for the worthless service?
4. What is the solution have given to me from you?
