Why senior service managers not looking the kind of service center is giving in faridabad

This was my 4th repeated complaint of my mobile make nokia model 5310 they gave me target date15/08/08 job sheet#085343506/080715/1 and esn/imei# 358653014139962 battery bl-4ct 670565. on 10/08/08 I recieved a call from service center that my set is ok and i can take my hand set but i found that there was no battery in set they told me that my battery will come by evening as it was left behind in there main service center in delhi and told me to collect battery by evening. This a kind of service they are providing i have not recieved till today i: e:12/08/08 my mobile and battery and the attitude of these service center employees pathetic. i will not suggest any of my relaitions to buy nokia . no senior persons from nokia are checking these service centers.

kindly look into this matter.
