Attery disfunction

Hi iam santosh from orissa, i am using this nokia handset during three months, i purchase the mobile dated on 17/06 after one month i find that battery backup is so poor after that, repeatedly reminding to NOKIA CARE, dolamundai, cuttack (orissa) but tilldate they are not responding me then kindly inform me WHAT TO DO, MOB NO-9238856115
