Not providing proper service

I have got NOKIA 6220c-1 model of GSM. As soon as I got GPRS connected to my hand set I noticed that the GPS gets on by itself. When you try to disconnect the GPS it does not gets disconnected. For disconnecting the set is to be switched off and on again. but as soon as any application like camera, contact book etc. are opened the GPS again gets activated by it self. I went to your Nokia Care centre situated at Tonk Road, Gandhi Nagar Mode, Jaipur on 19.6.2009 and i was surprised that for telling my problem to the concern person I had to wait for more than one hour. after waiting for such a long period i was told that the software of the set is to be got updated and i have to leave the set after taking backup of my data. i took backup of my data and again went to your Nokia Care centre situated at Tonk Road, Gandhi Nagar Mode, Jaipur on 22.6.2009 and i was again surprised that for handing over the set for repair i had to again wait for more than one hour. When I handed over the set to your centre I was told that if it will get repaired here itself, it will take two days and if it does not gets repaired here it will be sent to head office and in that case it will take 6 to 8 days. It was also told to me that I will be informed on telephone regarding the situation. I agreed and handed over the mobile and I was given a receipt with Job Sheet no. 108433527/090622/2 dated 22.6.2009. I was again disappointed when I did not receive any call from your service centre even after three days. I called on 24.6.2009 and enquired about my set, I was told that it will be got done by 25.6.2009 and they will inform me. I was again disappointed when I did not receive any call from your service centre even after that. I called on 25.6.2009 and enquired about my set, I was told that it will be got done by 26.6.2009 and they will inform me. I was again disappointed when I did not receive any call from your service centre even after that. I went personally to the service centre and enquired about my set, I was told that the set has not been repaired till date and the same has not been sent to head office as I have denied for the same. I was surprised to hear that as I never told so. When I told that O.K. if you are not competent to repair the set now you may send it to head office, than I was told that it will take further 15 days. i was so much annoyed that I took back the un repaired set back as I had to go to out of station for 7 days.

I again went to the same nokia care centre and again waited for more than one hour to handover the set for repair with Job Sheet number 108433527/090622/2 dated 22.6.2009 actual date as 3.7.2009. I have been told that it will take at least 8 to 12 days for getting repaired the set form head office.

I am highly dissatisfied with system and behavior of employees at nokia service centre as now a days time is money and no body has so much time to waste by sitting in queue for such a long time. I am a office bearer of a orgnisation with more than 10000 employes in Rajasthan. I think not only me but we have think seriously that in future whether to go for NOKIA set or no in future. It is there for requested that the matter may be looked in and my set may be handed over to me fully repaired at the earliest.
