Faulty New Set Given on purchase

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased a Nokia 5130 set (IMEI No. 353761041630997) from the Spice HotSpot dealer at Darya Gunj, New Delhi on 25/09. However, there were problems immediately after purchase. The battery got heated up quickly with burning smell and not charging properly. I lodged a complaint at you Nokia Care Centre (Gulati Communications, F-12, Bhagat Singh Market, Near Gole Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi Job Sheet No. 222433527/101004/38 dated 04/10/10 and left the set at the abovesaid centre. They asked me us to collect repaired or a brand new set on 11/10/10. However, when I we reached there on the above date, they said the phone is faulty and we will replace it to you with brand new set on 18/10/10. When I reported there on 18th instant, they handed over a second hand set to me without any slip for the same. I promptly refused to take the second hand set. Now they have asked me to come on 28/10/10 to collect the brand new set. The company may kindly make sure that we get to receive the new set with proper receipt with IMEI Number on 28/10/10 failing which we may proceed to the consumer court to argue our case.
