Power Doesn't switch on

Sir, I have bought a Nokia Handset 3110c no-3544206037457129 from The mobile store ltd, College Road, Nashik on 24/7, Next day morning it was suddenly switched off:, Immediately I rushed to the mobile store they directed me to NOKIA CARE CENTRE, NASHIK. Because of que their I could not deposit my handset immedialy. Sir I have deposited my hand set for repair on 29 jul. Till tody their is no phone call from service station, When inquired about the handset they say that it has gone to company for repairs and it will take many days, They say we can not give you target date. Its my business mobile and since then I could not communicate to my clients. I have lost my business, kindly look into this matter immediately, Nokia care centre people are very rough they don't answer properly. If you don't respose me I have to to file a case in CONSUMER REDRESSEL FORUM, NASHIK.

Its almost three weeks now I don't Have Mobile.

Please expedite.
