Sir this is regarding actually I had an hand set by name nokia 3230 During Rainy time some water has gone inside the mobile set after water has enter their was no display from the hand set

i took it for repair to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CENTER (FRAZER TOWN, BANGALORE - 05) without warranty on 20/05 and they took it with a deposit of 100 Rs. and delivery date was given on 23/05 on the delivery date i was shocked to hear a call from nokia care center (frazertown, bangalore -05) stating that Bootable IC had gone bad and it can't be repaired

i wanted to know whether IT IS USE AND THROW PRODUCT BECASUSE any product or manfuctured item is produced like TV / DVD / even furniture can be repaired but these nokia care center told it can't be repaired and it is waist

i took it back to some other place for servcing again i was shock to here that some main parts have been removed from the set and it is know like children toys children can play it

I THINK this is what the NOKIA customer care is cheating to the people

i went to the NOKIA care center but they act like they are geneous that nothing has been done

just some water has gone and if they say that mobile itself had gone bad its really a shock SO PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT CAN BE REPAIRED OR NOT
