Nokia / Handset 5310
Peice is bad

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had taken Nokia 5310 on 8'th July 08 and on 29'th Aug it has given porblem to me fisrt time just in span of 1 month and 20 Days, after that handser goes to company at Delhi and after 1 month company swapped the handset (changed the handset and send me new handset) After that 3 times problems occure in new handset but that is managed and repaired localy. Again on 3 'rd July 09 it cause a problem like hanging of handset, keypad hanged, no keyword working etc and now once again handset goes to company. now the querries occured like...

1) My mob warranty going to end by 7 'th July 09, but from above, u clearly see it has major problems which ocures regular intervval so who will be responsible after 7'th July? Better way u give me new handst this time.

2) Why this problem occured again n again with a handset from a reputed company like Nokia?

3) Why ignorence in Services from care center? This time care center people try to ignored and avoiding me by raising stupid queries which directly give me sence that they are not wiling to provide me this waranty, Why?

4) When i got now my handet?

5) Who is responsible for problems which i m facing everytime in terms of loosing contacts, trouble in keeping contacts when handset goes to company for 1 month?

6) Why i purchased mobile for my ease of use, for my convinint and for my easy way of contact or for trouble to me, for problems to me?

This time my job sheet no is 558504867/090703/23, dated 3/7.

Find here mail which i send on 13 Oct 08, when i suffered with problem for first time and u have not replied that time to my mail, so kindly reply at least this time.

I have original bill, previous mail copy, all job sheet xerox, and complaints no. with me which is sufficient evidence if in case any need for legal matter to get me my right as a customer.
