R-World Menu dose not work

Since I have changed my handset to your Nokia 6235, I am not able to use R-world Menus. I have Loaded the updated software from your authorised Service Center for 5 Times, but no use. Same problem was informed to my service provider and checked that all R-world services are activated. Earlier I used all these services with other brand handset without any problem. Why I can't use these services with Nokia handset? Now I'm discouraged to use Nokia Handsets. Please help!!!

Service Centers does not give any documents when warrenty services Demanded.
