NOKIA HAND SET - 6270
PENDING JOBSHEET NO. 1500305978 DATE 18.10.2008

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have given my handset Nokia 6270 for repairs under warranty on 18.10.08 to Nokia Care HCL Infinity Service Centre, S-10, Green Park, New Delhi on 18.10.2008 vide Jobsheet no. 1500305978 but till date the hand set is not repaired.

Due to this i am going through a lot of inconvenience.

I tried to contact at nokiacare@hcl.in many times but i could not get any positive response. I also visited Service centre at Green Park 12 times in these 2 months to check the Status of my phone.

Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services. Kindly take the action at your earlieast, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under The Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

I seek compensation for the inconvenience faced due to non availability of my phone for more than TWO Months & Mental Agony due to lack of service.
