Loss of Handset

Sir/Madam,

I have lost my mobile Nokia 6300 series in a bank at Sankeshwar. I heard from my close friends that by giving my IMEI No. I can trace the mobile handset. Also they had given one site where i could register my complaint viz: cop@vsnl.net. However i am not able to open the site.

Please guide me as to how i can claim my handset back. Here are my details
