Handset not working and co. is not replacing it in warranty, even not reverting on any communication

I bought this set around one and a half month back but after 3- 4 days phone was hanging. I have given this set for repair on 19th Oct at Micro services Kalkaji, New Delhi and they have given it back after repairing on 23rd Oct. Again on 1st Nov it was having the same problem. I have submitted it agin on 3rd nov. and till date I am not getting any satisfactory answer. i have logged several complaints on call centre and requested for replacement but I'm not getting any reply every time I am getting the answer that it is under repair and will take atleast 20 days. I got this set replaced on 11th Nov. with a assurance that there is no problem but in 2 days I found that this set is also having the problem.

I have again given this set back to Kalkaji office on 22nd nov and till date not getting any satisfactory answer.
