Dear Sir/Madam,
I had given my Nokia Handset 6500 (slide phone) for repair on the 11th August 09 as it used to ge Auto Switched off & the Battery Overheated. I had given it in the Mumbai, Bandra (west) outlet on hill road, the franchise is run by Mr. Sunil Arora. They repaired it and gave the phone to me on 14th August 09, I paid them Rs.3500/-. Immediately the next day the phone was having the same problem, so contacted the centre and gave them the phone on the 19th August 09, the said they will look into the matter & get back to me.
As they could not repair it in Mumbai, Mr. Sunil said they need to send it to Delhi head office & the phone would come back in a week time. Still I have not eceived my phone and everyday I have been calling Mr. Sunil, to check the status of my phone and each day I get the reply saying I will be getting it in a day or two.
I have even personally visited the Nokia Centre several times regarding the same. But each time I get false commitments. Nor I have a confirmation as to where my phone is.
Yesterday I went to the Nokia Centre as its nearly been a month and a half since its gone for repair, I asked him the Delhi office customer serice no.and a website or email id, first he said he will sms me the same, but as I insisted he gave it to me. I called immediately the Customer Service no and spoke to Mr. Ziauddin the Customer Service Representative to narrate the problem, he then asked for a docet no. I was not aware of the same so I asked Mr. Sunil about the same and he spoke to Mr. Ziauddin, but as he denied to give the no. saying his techician had left for the day and can give it only on Tuesday now. Also he is now saying the phone has already been despatched from Delhi office and will get it on Wednesday the same story was told to me last week.
Also Mr. Ziauddin realised the way Mr. Sunil spoke to him & me and the lack of customer service given also false commitments and haressing the customer by wasting their time & money by following up.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter so I could know exactly where is my phone and whether it has been reparied, what the problem was and exactly when I would be getting the phone back.

NOKIA CARE centers are also cheating customers and not providing any services only charging with out carrying out repairs. I did not expect this sort of service from a renowed brand like NOKIA its highly disappointing.
I would be filling a complaint in consumer forum for this too if any action is not taken immediately.
