Poor response of your service cente

I have given my Nokia handset for repairs to your ASC 646_504867 on 4/9.

Target delivery date was 17/9. When i called on that day, they replied that my handset will be delivered on 23/9. Today morning when i called, they told me that they will verify the status of the handset and will give me a call. Since then, I'm trying to call but either lines are busy or no response from their end. At one call, they asked me job sheet number and hung for long time before disconnecting. Don't they have courtesy to reply correctly? How long it will take for me to get my handset back?
