Eplacement of hand set

I had purchased the nokia 5800xpress music handset on 17-01 at Rs.19300/-incl.vat, but we are facing the technical problems i.e.the set was hang several times in this three months. I had allready shown this set to the dealer (National Enterprises, station road, Jalgaon-425001 (MS) India) as wel as to the Nokia service station (Om services, jalgaon) three times but the problems remains as it is, then at last they send the hand set to Delhi on 9-04 but yet we are not receiving the positive responce from the dealer nighter from the service station.the details as given bellow. I want the replacement of that Handset.
