Non repairs of mobile phone since 16/7

I purchased Mobile phone of Nokia model 3250 IMEI No.357933003021574 from a authorised nokia dealer. The phone was found to have hanging problem from day one. It was given for repairs to Tech JK Nokia Care centre 46 B/B Gandhi Nagar Jammu. Every time phone was returned to me without rectifying the basic fault hanging during call. Latest on 16/7 i gave the phone to same nokia care centre for repairs job Shet No.240343506/070716/27 Dt.16/7/07. The phone was still within warranty period, but they have not repaired or replaced the set and is with them since 16/7.

I have been frequently visiting the centre and also have been emaling to nokia support and lodged my complaint to call centre complaint No.2-2WSKTZ.

I have been put to great hardship and harrasment during all these months. There is no response either from nokia or HCL who are seem to be service franchisee of nokia service. I have also communicated through email that i will file the case in consumer court but there is no effect on them.

The phone no of chandigarh centre is not atended by them. So i am not able to approach any one who can sort out the issue.
