I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5220 Xpress Music, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 353662013031901, PRODUCT CODE – 0570522, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 23/01from Suraj Tower, 58 B, Pennar Road, Sakchi Jamshedpur. JHARKHAND

After 10 days of purchase, the handset sound is gone. This handset has been sent to Nokia service centre (Gurunanak Agencies 1/C, Hotel Sagar Complex, New kalimati Road, Sakchi Jamshedpur JHARKHAND) but they are not taking any response. They told us that i will give you your mobile tomorrow tommorow and again tommorow.
