Dear Sie,
I have a 6600 Nokia phone which is two year old. I have purchased a 6300 Nokia phone.
I bought a Nokia cable DKE-2 108882809111 from Nokia Service Center A.M Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd for Rs. 850 on 16.3.09 vide bill no AMS/T 2612 . I took the cable in good faith. Next morning when I saw the cable it was rusted and the sides were pasted with celotape as if it was opened and then again stuck back. Then I saw the date of import which is October 07 which I think is too old a part too sell for a mobile. Hence I feel that they have supplied me a used part for which necessary action should be taken.
The concerned servce centers service is worst as they are not atall cooperative. Even the service people seems more interested in selling a mobile as when I took m y old mobile for data recovery the first question they has me have you purchased a new mobile and when I said yes I have purchased 6300 they didnot offer me any further service and inspite of many requests and pleas refused to help me. This may be profitable for the franchisee in the short run but bad for Nokia in the long run. Now I feel that associating with brand Nokia is not as it used to be and service is not the prime motto of your authorized people hence please terminate them in order to upkeep customer satisfaction among you customers.
