Reg: Replacement of Phone

I purchased NOKIA 6233 in July 07. I found that there was problem in Phone Book. I touched upwith the dealer to rectify the problem.

But he denied to resolve it

I approached the NOKIA Care Centre, Surat.

He was not ready to accept the problem with the handset but after talking and discussing with the Centre Manager, they finally took the phone to repair. They upgraded the software and assured that problem will be solved.

After 4 days of getting instrument from CARE, I again found the same problem.

I have given the instrument at least 5 times to the CARE to solve the problem. But problem is not yet solved.

Everytime they just upgrade the software. They donot take pain to check the exact manufacturing defect of the handset.

I am practicing Charetered Accountant; It is very cumbersome to visit again and again to CARE.
