My name is Kalyan Kamal Paul purchase a Nokia mobile N6300 on 27 September. One-year grantee period from 27/9/08 to 26/9 as par Nokia India rule. Unfortunately my mobile is disturb start on 13 June and that time I am go to Near Nokia care center and Nokia representative Mr Avijit tell me your mobile has to change and provide our company one swap headset as because your mobile should be damage. I don t agree and I told Mr Avijit please give a my Mobile but Mr Avijit not given me and his always told me your mobile should be damage so because as per your company (Nokia India) rule you given a swap handset.

Please look into a matter very urgently and I hope reply to you proper Answers.
