I am not satisfied with your product and service

I am shantanu pandey. i had purchased a mobile phone i.e, NOKIA 5610D-1. and now i have many problems in this mobile. its display is very bad. sometimes my cell phone get switched off in its own. it hangs most of the time and i have to wait for it to recover for at least 15 minutes. its camera get fade now. its speaker is also not working properly now.

i had already submitted it many times to the nokia care centre at ghaziabad for its servicing but the problem did not recovered yet. my home town is in kanpur. i had shown this mobile to nokia care centre in kanpur also bt instead of decreasing the problem, its problem is going on increasing. now i can t trust nokia. many times, i called nokia care executives but still there is no solution. i had wasted a lot of money in calling them, and petrol in visiting them. they had wated my precious time too.

i am a b-tech student studying in ghaziabad. my college is going to open from 20th july and i need my mobile phone working. i had already faced many problem without my mobile phone because whenever i had shown it to the nokia care centre, they used to submit it always return it without recovering its problem.

so i request you to replace my nokia mobile as soon as possible because its warranty time is going to over. please replace it before the completion of its warranty time.
