Poor service

My nokia cell, model no.7210c has been given for service with blank display at NOKIA CARE, bharathiyar road, new siddhapudur, coimbatore. My job sheet no. is 419465550/090930/75. Once they returned the phone saying that it has been serviced and immediately took back saying that its not working. After nearly two months, the service center does not respond properly to the problem. They never even bother to tell the status over phone. After going in person and waiting for over an hour, they told that the component is yet to arrive. Will the problem be addressed? or be moved to trash?
