Nokia after sale service is not at all upto the mark

Sir,

Getting the mobile phone repaired from the Nokia Service Centre is a herculion task.

I presneted my phone on 5/01, at One Touch Communication r/o Bunglow NO.#2, west patel ngr. opp metro pillar no. 229, New Delhi-110008. The centre kept my phone and told me that I will take two days to repaire it and assured me to deliver it on 7/01 and given me a Service Job Sheet bearing Job Sheet Number 112433527/100105/46. Since than they are keep on telling me that it will take one or two days more to get the phone repaire.

At last my phone handedover to me on 15/01 after making them several calls. Service centre charged me Rs. 1000/- the cost of repairing without telling me what they have changed and what price they charged for the componeent and what were the service charges they charged.
