This is to inform you that im very dissatisfied with your Nokia Care. I hve got a new handset model 2700 (under Warranty) which stopped working from 25.05.2010.i found the screen is blank n nothing displaying. I went to Nokia Care based at DN 1 SECTOR 5 SALTLAKE KOLKATA 700091 on 26.05.2010.One lady checked my set like motherboard etc etc and confirmed me that she didn t get any liquid, set is not damege and i didn t go any local service stn. Also said there may be some corrupted data that is why the LCD gone. As per her instruction i asked her to delete all my data. She has given the SERVICE JOB SHEET and the comment is ELS OK, USER DATA NOT REQUIRED HANDSET MAY BE DELAY FROM TARGET DELIVERY DATE.She asked me to collect the set after1 hour. After 10 mnts she called me n said we have found liquid in your handset so you have to pay 1300 Rs. I never expected this kind of service from Nokia Care. The Job Sheet No 267504886/100526/48
