I am not satisfied with the C5 and the Service Provided by the Priority Center

I bought 2 Nokia C5 Mobile during the month of August. Both the mobile was Dead after almost 3 weeks. For the first mobile I got a replacement of new C5 mobile but the other one for which the complaint is was repaired and sent back to us after almost 2 weeks. This mobile has the same issue again where the Nokia Customer Care says that it would take another 10 days to provide a replacement. I would require a replacement of this mobile as well as I need to compensated for the Mental Depression that I had talking to different support people.
