I feel cheated in purchaseing Nokia N900 mobile

I had purchased the n900 3 mts back on the assurance that skype, yahoo messenger and google talk would function. the priority partner at No:11/1, M.G.Road, Besant Road, Adayar, Chennai 600 020, later told me that an update would come from nokia. in the new update also the facilities are not there. when i asked them to return the money i was told the could buy back the mobile only and that they would give only 13, 000/- for the same. i asked for the company address to file a cosumer forum complaint and they said to call customer care. i guess all of us customers who feel cheated by nokia in this regard should join together and report such acts to the consumerforums. my mail id is georgemathan@ymail.com.
