Disappointed & fed up with nokia care service

I had given my N-72 handset for repairing to Kaustubh telecom, Shop no. 8/9, Parwaze complex, below IBM, opposite dhobi ghat, shankarsheth road, Pune-01 on 19.06.08. handset is in the warrantte period.

but now almost two weeks completed i regularly follow them but they are not giving any reply. i am totally fed up with nokia sevices.

just give me one reason why shouldn't i go for your other competitor like: -sony ericsion, motorola, reliance etc.

these types of things creating customer dissatisfaction & might be you wil loose your reputation within a very short period of time. waiting for your reply at earliest.
