N-70 music edition fault

Dear sir/madam

i have purchased Nokia N-70 musin edition mobile in jan. There was some application specific problem in this mobile. I have submitted to this mobile to nokia care A-78 sector 2 noida.they replaced this mobile to a new hand set but again there was some fault in it. I have already submitted it Three time to nokia care.they are not responsing me properly .i am totally irretate to this condition. Please help me.
