POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE

MY CELL NOKIA N 70 MUSIC EDITIO IS AS ON TODAY IN WARRANTY DATE OF PURCHASE IS 23-12.First of all I am very much annoyed by nokia service because of 1) time factor. The official timings of nokia service centre located in prime mall mumbai are from 10-30am to 18-30pm but not a single time the office opens a per time mentioned. Here it opens at 11-15am but shutting time is before schedule time. Even though the product is in warranty and irrespective that the cause of malfunction is product failure the service center will still charge me. It seems there must be some targets related with incentives I have been very much torchured by nokia.plese help me out in this case
